Your prayers as we go forward in faith
Twila & her 3-year-old son Bukata (left), Jane, and some of the little ones from the orphanage, Ndola, Zambia
We are four women, two Zambian and two American:
a nurse, a social worker, a physical therapist and a visionary mum who shared her dream for A Home For Charity, united in our love for Jesus Christ and with a vision for what
God wants to do in Zambia.
At present we are working in the Chilpuluksu Compound with a group of the most needy residents. Our focus is first, to enroll and keep all school-aged children in school; to offer small grants to the women who support these children, enabling them to increase their income so that they can eat twice a day and eventually help with the school fees; to built trust and relationships as a foundation for A Home for Charity, a place of peace and beauty that will offer love and care to those who come. Our special burden is for the babies and children of Zambia who need a safe, nurturing home in which to grow up.
We also offer aid to local orphanages as we are able
and as requested.
We have applied for NGO status in Zambia.
